Can I choose how to pay a fine?
In general, the fine is charged:
- To the same credit card used for the rental;
- To other cards registered for the contract in question (including third-party cards);
- To the user's registered card.
If none of these options are possible, we will issue a boleto (payment slip) with a 10-day deadline for payment.
However, for contracts opened in the name of a legal entity, the fine is charged according to the contractual specifics. In these cases, we will send an email about the availability of the boleto in the Electronic Billing Portal to the responsible parties registered in the system.
