In Localiza Loyalty, you move up a tier when you reach the required number of points within 12 consecutive months: 

Gold: from 4,.000 qualifying points

Platinum: from 7,000 qualifying points 

After reaching the required points, your new tier is activated within up to 5 days.
To move up a tier in the program, only qualifying points from your contract are eligible. 

Qualifying points are points granted for each car rental contract, based on the amounts related to point-eligible items in the contract.
