How do I know if the Payment Tag is active on my contract?

If you are an individual, you can access the Customer Portal and go to the "Contracts" menu. From there, simply enter the "Tag Management" tab, and you're all set! 

However, if you are a business customer, please speak with the person responsible for the contract or contact our Customer Service Center at the following number: 0800 979 2020
