You don't need to go to the service desk or wait in line because the entire process is done through the Localiza app. Here's how:

1. In the Localiza app, click the "Start Fast Digital Pickup" button;
2. Validate your identity using your fingerprint, face ID, PIN, or phone password;
3. Choose your car from the available options and add any extras you want;
4. Complete the Pre-Authorization and payment;
5. Finally, go to the parking spot indicated on your app screen and click the "Unlock My Car" button;
6. That's it! The car keys will be in the glove compartment.

Important info about Fast Digital Pickup:

• You can start the pickup process up to 1 hour and 30 minutes before the scheduled time and up to 2 hours after (according to the branch's operating hours).

• Ensure your phone's Bluetooth and location services are turned on when unlocking the car.
• The car can only be unlocked after payment confirmation, and you must be next to the car (in the spot indicated in the Localiza app).
