If you disagree with a TVN, you need to present a defense or appeal directly to the issuing authority. For this, you will need: 

• Vehicle Registration (CRLV); 

• Traffic Violation Notification or fine; 

• Your arguments; 

• Driver's License (CNH) of the person handling the process. 

Reminder: regardless of the appeal status, you need to pay the fine to Localiza within the deadline, as per the General Conditions of the Car Rental and Insurance Contract. But don't worry! If your appeal is accepted, we will reimburse the amount paid.
