I'm already a Localiza customer. How do I use my social name?
If you already have an open contract with us, the update must be done directly at one of our branches.
However, if there are no reservations under your name, the process is even simpler:
- Access the Privacy Portal;
- Select the option "Change, correct, update, rectify, and/or complete your personal data";
- Done!
Oh, and if you encounter any difficulties, you can also update your social name at our service counters, okay?
