Payment for your Monthly Rent is made via credit card.

It is charged in full and automatically to the registered credit card. If we are unable to charge the card, we will generate a payment slip on the 30th day, due within 2 business days. It may take up to 2 additional business days for the bank to process the payment and for it to be updated in Localiza.

To generate a payment slip or view your invoices, you can access the Debits menu on our Customer Portal.

If you’d like to pay the already-generated payment slip using a credit card, that’s also possible! To do so:

1. Log in to the Customer Portal

2. Go to the “My Debits” menu

3. Select the payment slip you want to pay

4. Select the “pay/negotiate” option

5. Choose the option to pay with a credit card.
