What happens if I don't pick up my reservation?
If an unforeseen event prevents you from picking up the car, you can cancel your reservation. However, the cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance, as stated in our Cancellation Policy.
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, a fee of 20% of the rental amount will be charged, limited to two days. If you do not cancel and do not show up at the time of pickup, a fee of 30% will be charged, also limited to two days.
Reminder: To cancel your reservation without any charges, simply open the home screen of our app, where you can view and cancel your reservations as needed.
