The contract holder can request to designate the offending driver. To do this, you need to send the completed and signed Drivers Report to the email multa@localiza.com, along with a copy of the driver's license (CNH) of the person you’d like to designate. 

Reminder: the submission must be made within the original deadline, which is specified in the email sent at the time of rental. If this deadline is missed, Localiza will designate the contract holder as the party responsible.
