Why haven't I received my Pre-Authorization refund yet?

We request the release of the Pre-Authorization hold when the contract is closed. If you haven't received the refund yet, we recommend contacting your card's issuing bank. To help the bank locate the amount, provide the Pre-Authorization code, which you can find in our Customer Portal.
